About me
I have been a lawyer for 46 years. I graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 1971 and ASU College of Law in 1977. My practice has been exclusively criminal defense. However, I also represent teachers in administrative matters with their districts. I have tried over 250 felony jury trials including 43 homicide trials. I am hopeful to retire in January 2025, if various prosecutors and law enforcement agencies will cooperate. My wife Jayne is (appropriately) a psychologist and we have two children: Remy and Julia.
