About me
Mr. Ralph McLaughlin is the founder and co-owner of the private investigation firm, Blue Line Research & Consulting whose primary work involves criminal defense and mitigation services. Mr. McLaughlin has been employed by the Arizona Department of Corrections both as a line-level correction officer and later as the special investigation supervisor leading the Security Threat Group. Mr. McLaughlin was employed by the Goodyear Police Department and retired as a Police Commander. Mr. McLaughlin attended the 206th session of the FBI National Academy and is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Police Staff & Command. Mr. McLaughlin holds a master's degree in criminal justice, emphasis in legal studies, from Grand Canyon University.
