His practice emphasizes strategic motion work, jury-focused advocacy, and disciplined trial decision from pretrial through sentencing.Ross regularly develops and presents trainings on trial advocacy, ethical litigation strategy, and attorney wellness, with a particular focus on practical skills for early-career lawyers navigating high-stakes criminal practice. He serves on the Arizona State Bar’s Member Assistance Committee (2025–2028) and co-chairs its CLE Programming subgroup.
