Jennifer Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. With over 13 years of experience supporting families involved in the child welfare and court systems, she brings extensive knowledge and advocacy to her work. Jennifer has served as a contract social worker for Maricopa County since the inception of the Team-Based Parent Representation Program in 2019. She also helped in developing and launching FAST (Family Advocacy and Support Team), a multidisciplinary initiative focused on preventing unnecessary DCS removals and strengthening family outcomes
