Kerri L. Chamberlin is the Attorney Supervisor of the Capital PCR Section of the Maricopa County Office of the Legal Advocate. She has practiced criminal appellate and post-conviction law for 29 years. In addition to supervising Capital PCR attorneys and mitigation specialists, Chamberlin currently represents indigent capital defendants in state post-conviction proceedings. Chamberlin is a member of the Arizona State Bar and is admitted to, and has experience practicing in, the Arizona Superior Court, the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
