About me
Raquel Centeno-Fequiere started her legal career as an ADA at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. When she moved to Arizona in 2001 she joined the Maricopa County Office of the Legal Advocate as a defense attorney where she started capital work as a second chair in 2005. In 2011 Raquel decided she wanted to try something different and joined the Maricopa County Office of the Public Advocate’s Capital Post Conviction Unit. Missing trial work, Raquel joined the Maricopa County Office of the Legal Defender as lead counsel in 2015. In November 2024 Raquel became the Capital Attorney Supervisor at OLD.
